Erica is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist practicing out of Buffalo, NY with an additional certification in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. Erica’s story is kind of twofold. She is a patient herself but also a provider. She personally knows how debilitating gastrointestinal conditions can be affecting day to day quality of life.
When not working, you can catch Erica at the Farmer’s Market, hot yoga class, out to coffee, or trying new foods and restaurants with her husband who also just happens to have Crohn’s Disease as well.
